Using the website

By creating an account, buying content or using a lesson, you agree to these terms and the related Privacy and Refund Policies. You must provide accurate account and billing information and use the service lawfully.

Your account

Your account is personal to you. Keep your login information secure and contact us if you believe somebody else has accessed it. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the account has been compromised through no fault of your own.

Prices, orders and wallet credit

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless the checkout says otherwise. An order is confirmed after the payment provider reports a successful payment. Wallet credit can be used only as shown in your account and is not cash unless applicable law requires otherwise. Taxes may be added or calculated from the billing information supplied at checkout.

Lesson access

A purchase gives the account holder a personal, non-transferable right to access the relevant digital lesson series. Access periods, included materials and any live components are described on the product page. Free content may be changed or withdrawn.

Lesson videos, PDFs, quizzes, deal files and teaching materials may not be copied, recorded, resold, published, shared publicly or used to create a competing course without written permission.

Comments, notes and community features

You retain responsibility for material you submit. Do not post personal contact details, unlawful material, abusive content or material that infringes another person’s rights. Content may be moderated or removed to protect learners and the service.

Third-party services

Stripe, Vimeo and bridge practice platforms may provide parts of the experience. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use their services. Availability of an external service may occasionally affect a lesson feature.

Availability and changes

Reasonable efforts are made to keep lessons and account features available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Content, features and these terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated where required.

Responsibility

The lessons are educational and results at the bridge table will vary. To the extent permitted by law, liability connected with a paid product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
