How do lesson series work?
Each series contains a structured set of lessons. Depending on the series, a lesson may include video, a PDF, a quiz, notes or a bridge deal to play through. Your progress is saved in My Lessons.
Can I try something before buying?
Yes. Free series and selected free lessons can be started from the Lesson Series page. Deal of the Day is also available to registered users.
How long do I have access?
The access period will be shown on the series detail page before purchase. Unless a product says otherwise, access remains available through the purchasing account.
Where are the lesson videos hosted?
Videos are hosted securely through Vimeo and played inside the lesson page. A modern browser and a stable internet connection are recommended.
Do I need special bridge software?
Most videos, PDFs and quizzes run directly in the browser. A practice lesson may open an external bridge platform. The lesson will explain what is needed before you leave the website.
Where can I see the lessons I own?
Open My Lessons from the account menu. It contains purchased series and free series you have started, followed by recommendations.
Can I use wallet credit?
Available wallet credit can be applied during checkout. The order summary shows the subtotal, applied credit and remaining amount before payment.
How are card payments handled?
Card and other eligible payment methods will be processed by Stripe. Complete card details are entered in Stripe’s secure payment interface and are not stored by this website.
Can I get a refund?
Duplicate payments, technical access problems and mistaken purchases are covered in the Refund Policy. Contact us with the account email and purchase details, without sending complete card information.
Are online and in-person lessons available?
Yes. Jerry offers online coaching and in-person group lessons. Use the contact section to discuss level, group size, location and availability.
